Det-Tronics regularly responds to customers' requests for quotation (RFQ), requests for proposal (RFP) and requests for information (RFI). Your first step is to submit the request to your authorized local sales representative.

We take it from there, using the following process to ensure we respond to your request in a timely manner.

1. Assign a response team.
2. Review your documentation, obtaining clarification where needed.
3. Prepare a comprehensive response document.
4. Submit our response according to your instructions.
5. Discuss with you as required or desired.
