Contact Det-Tronics Technical Support. Before contacting us, we need you to get some information so we can quickly address your problem. We offer the following options for getting this information:

Step 4 |
Technical Support will review your information and issue an RMA number if your issue warrants it. Here are some things to consider with any RMA:

Step 5 | Pack a copy of the RMA form with the materials you are returning. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the packaging. | |
Important: Any shipment received without an RMA number clearly displayed will be refused. | ||
Step 6 | Ship the material to the address provided by Technical Support. | |
Step 7 | Upon receipt of your shipment, we will begin processing your RMA request. | |

Note: Det-Tronics will attempt to reapply custom configurations to match the product's received state. If this is not possible, the equipment will be returned to factory default settings.
