This page guides you through the process of obtaining a Return Material Authorization number. You need to follow the troubleshooting steps found on this page so that Det-Tronics can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Step 1 |
Complete an RMA Request form as completely as possible. The form is available online here and in paper form available under Additional Resources to the right. Email your form to: [email protected] |
Step 2 |
Technical Support will review your information and issue an RMA number if your issue warrants it. Here are some things to consider with any RMA:

Step 3 |
Pack a copy of the RMA form with the materials you are returning. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the packaging. |
Step 4 |
Ship the material to the address provided by Technical Support. |
Step 5 |
Upon receipt of your shipment, we will begin processing your RMA request. |

Note: Det-Tronics will attempt to reapply custom configurations to match the product's received state. If this is not possible, the equipment will be returned to factory default settings.
