Det-Tronics- Carrier Corporate

Placing and Tracking an Order

Order Entry/Tracking Process

The following steps will help make sure your order has the necessary documentation so Det-Tronics can fulfill it promptly.

This process exists because of the nature of our product. There is typically some customization or calibration involved and our products frequently fall under technology export controls.

Note: If you need a response to an RFQ, please contact your authorized local sales representative.

Step 1

Your facilities engineers determine what Det-Tronics products they need to protect people, processes and infrastructure.

Step 2

Your Purchasing Department contacts your authorized local sales representative or RSM for information.

Step 3

Det-Tronics supplies the necessary forms and guidance.

New customers need to provide the following completed documentation:

  • Credit application
  • Signed Terms and Conditions (Global or UK)
  • Order Cover Form
  • Tax Exempt Certificate, if applicable

Existing customers only need to provide the Order Cover Form.

Step 4

Your Purchasing Department coordinates with the facilities engineers to complete the technical details of the order. They send the documents listed above with a Purchase Order to [email protected]

Step 5

During the order fulfillment process, expect status emails at these points:

  • The order is received via email.
  • Order entered into the system - confirms items ordered and quantities.
  • Order scheduled for fulfillment - includes prices & a delivery estimate.
Step 6

Det-Tronics starts the fulfillment process, using our factory and engineering groups and other support staff.

Step 7

Your order is securely packed and shipped according to your instructions.
